Track My Bag
You can track your bag right within your customer portal! On the Subscription tab we have an active tracking bar to show you where your order is.
If you are looking for more details click here or track on USPS directly.
Please note, once shipped there is a 3-5 day black out period where your tracking will not update. Once scanned in the US, tracking will update regularly.
Most orders arrive within 10-13 days.

How Do I Update my Subscription?
You have the flexibility to customize your subscription based on your preferences each month.
Want to try a new style or size? Need more undies this month? Click on the Subscription tab above, there, you'll see the option to Swap Style or Change Size.
After processing, we take 2-3 days to pack all orders. Once shipped, we will notify you via email and provide a tracking link. There will be a 3-5 day delay once tracking is received before it starts updating. Most orders arrive within 10 days once tracking is active.
How Can I Earn Rewards?
Our Rewards program is currently being revamped and will be back later this month.
You can earn points by referring friends, making purchases or engaging with us on social media!
Use your points to redeem for discounts, free undies & bralettes or other BB items (our socks are a member favorite!)
Best part? We reward our babes for sticking with us by placing you in different "tiers" based on your total amount spent. Higher Tier = More Points Earned.

When Will I Receive my First Bag?
After you've purchased your subscription, we will send you notification via email once your order has shipped. Orders purchased before our monthly processing date will go out with current subscription orders. Orders purchased after our monthly processing date will ship out in 3 business days.FYI, first time orders will only show in your Purchase History
