HOW DOES THE SUBSCRIPTION WORK?
Start by selecting if you'd like to receive Essential Sets or Lingerie Sets each month. Checkout and you're subscribed!
As a subscriber you can expect a new collection dropped on the 1st of each month. You can then shop the new collection, swap subscriptions, and add on one time purchase items to create your perfect order.
Checking out isn't needed once you've subscribed, simply customize your order and we will process it for you on the 5th of each month.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ESSENTIAL + LINGERIE SETS?
Our Essential Sets are the perfect update for your go to intimates. Matching top and bottom, everyday styles and comfy fabrics.
Our Lingerie Sets are perfect for those who want to spice up their intimates drawer. Matching top and bottom, unique styles and delicate fabrics.
HOW DO I KNOW WHICH SET I'LL GET IN MY ORDER?
Each month we design a brand new collection. Our collections include one each of an Essential Set and a Lingerie Set. Based on which subscription you signed up for, you'll receive the according set that month.
The new collection drops on the 1st of the month for you to preview- you'll always know exactly what you're getting.
CAN I SWAP BETWEEN SETS EACH MONTH?
Absolutely! You can swap your subscription between sets or even to an undie subscription whenever you'd like.
Once the new collection drops on the 1st, simply log into your account and swap to the subscription of your choice.

HOW DOES THE SUBSCRIPTION WORK?
Start by selecting if you'd like to receive 1 or 2 pairs of undies each month. Our 2 pair is both new undies we've designed that month, while our 1 pair is a mystery selection from those 2. Checkout and you're subscribed!

WHAT TYPE OF UNDIES CAN I EXPECT?
We design a variety of undies from thongs to boy shorts.
Each month we create a new collection that will feature 2 different undies. The type of undie will vary month to month.
Subscribers will be able to preview the undies when we drop the new collection on the 1st of the month.
HOW DO I KNOW WHICH UNDIES I'LL GET IN MY ORDER?
Each month we design a brand new collection. Our collections include two undies that are featured with our matching sets. Based on which subscription you signed up for, you'll either receive both pairs or a single mystery selection from the two.
The new collection drops on the 1st of the month for you to preview the styles.
CAN I ADD A BRALETTE TO MY MONTHLY ORDER?
Absolutely! There will be a bralette that matches back to both undies every month. Subscribers can also grab previous styles if they missed the chance to grab it the first time.
Once the new collection drops on the 1st, simply log into your account and add the bralette of your choice to your upcoming order. We will process it with your undie subscription on the 5th.

WHY SHOULD I SUBSCRIBE?

IS THERE A COMMITMENT WITH MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Not at all. Members have the flexibility to change subscriptions, skip an order or cancel at any time. The deadline for changes to a subscription (including cancellation) is the 4th of each month. Changes made after the 4th will reflect on the following month's and future orders.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Generally in 10-14 business days once shipped.
If you are subscribing between the 1st-4th, we will start packing your bag with our current monthly subscribers on the 5th. Orders typically leave BB HQ within 3 business days of the 5th and we will send you a tracking link once shipped.
If you are subscribing after the 5th, your order will be packed and shipped out within 3 business days.
Keep in mind, your next bag will process on the 5th of the following month regardless of first purchase date.
