WHAT IS BOOTAYBAG?

BootayBag is a monthly recurring subscription for women that allows you to cater your preferences to best fit your personal underwear needs. A standard account will be set up on a monthly recurring billing cycle where you will receive two pairs of undies for a flat rate of $13 (free shipping in U.S.). However, you can adjust your account to "bi-monthly" or whatever works best for you.

How Do I Create a Subscription?

It's simple! Follow the steps below to get started:

1. Select your style preference:"mix it up" (combination), "never thongs", or "always thongs"

2. Select your size (x-small, small, medium, large, x-large)

3. (optional) Add a bralette to your order

4. Enter the address you wish to ship to as well as your billing information

5. Wait for your BootayBag to arrive! All orders are in the mail within 5 business days of the 15th of the month. 

6. Snap a selfie #undermatters to help us donate $1 to the Melanoma Research Foundation.

Please keep in mind that if you order past the 15th of the current month, that the order will typically be shipped with the following month's orders.

Can I update my Subscription?

Absolutely!

There are a few things you should know, though. 

All changes must be made on or before the 14th of the month. 

All FIRST order changes must be completed by the BootayBag team. Please shoot us an email if you have a first order change request. 

Style and Size changes for prepaid subscriptions (3 month, 4 month, 6 month or year) are best made through the BootayBag team.

Is it Free to Join/Cancel?

We hate to see you go but you are welcome to cancel your subscription any time before the 14th of the month.

How do I create a customer account?

In order to create a customer account, please select " Your Account" from our homepage and then select "Create Account" next to "Login". This will allow you to skip months, change your credit card information, update your address, and adjust your size and style preference.

What if I can't log into my account?

It is likely that upon first subscribing with BootayBag, you checked out as a "guest" instead of creating an account. To log in, you will need to associate your guest subscription with an account. To do so, please see "How do I create a customer account?" or, use the link: https://bootaybag.com/account/register

Please use the same email address used when originally subscribing. 

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, log into your account and click on "subscriptions", then " Cancel Subscription" under the word EDIT.  

If that didn’t work, please try the steps below: 

You can cancel your subscription with us by first creating an account and then logging in to cancel. Almost always, customers checkout as "guests" rather than creating an account.

Please use the email you receive BootayBag notifications to. 

Once logged in, click on "Subscriptions", "Edit" and then click "Cancel Subscription” 

What can I expect in my bootaybag?

You can expect to get two or one pair of undies based on your subscription and style preference of: Mix it Up (combination), Never Thong or Always Thong. You can see previews of the month's undies on Instagram, Facebook and our website. 

what is the delivery schedule?

All orders must be placed on or before the 15th of every month to receive a bag for that month. If the order is placed after the 15th, you can expect to receive your bag the following month.

For example, if you placed an order on April 17th your order would be considered a May BootayBag and will ship with the May orders. However, you won't be charged again until June 15th. Your delivery schedule will indicate that June is now the first "skippable" month. 

what are the style options?

Mix It Up:

A combo of cheeky panties and thongs, this is for the girl who likes any kind of panty and isn't afraid to branch out.

Always Thongs: 

Self explanatory right, only thongs... any kind of thong but only thongs! You might be our wild one…

Never Thongs: 

Full coverage, sexy, but still comfortable. Functionally, we all could  be more like you.

Do you take requests?

Since our monthly stock is pre-ordered we cannot take style, color, or fabric requests. We pre-pick undies based on your style preference and send you the pre-determined choice for the month. However, you can follow us on social media to see which undies will be in that month’s shipment and if you don’t like the options for the upcoming month, you can either "skip" the month or "switch" your style preference.

Shipping

When Can I Expect My First Order?

All orders must be placed on or before the 15th of every month to receive a bag for that month. If the order is placed after the 15th, you can expect to receive your bag the following month.

For example, if you placed an order on April 17th your order would be considered a May BootayBag and will ship with the May orders. However, you won't be charged again until June 15th. 

When will you Ship my Order?

Shipping typically starts on the 16th of every month and is completed by the 21st of each month. Due to high volume, packages can take up to two weeks to be packaged. You will receive an automated tracking email when your bag ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! But, we do charge for international shipping.

Billing

When will I be billed?

You will be billed on the 15th of each month.

How much is the recurring payment?

The recurring payment is dependent upon your subscription preferences. You can see your current rate on the customer portal. 

Why was my subscription renewed?

BootayBag is a recurring subscription that will automatically process an order for you unless you skip or cancel your subscription before the 15th of the month.

Can I skip an order(s)?

Yes, you can skip months. If you would like to "skip" a month, you will first need to log into your account. Once logged in click "Future Orders", then click "skip this delivery" next to the month you wish to skip.

Returns

What is your return and refund policy?

All sales are final and nonrefundable; even if they have yet to ship. However, your feedback is important to us, if you are having an issue, please let us know.

Exchanges may be accepted on a case by case basis and are subject to the 3$ reshipment fee. 

What if I receive something other than what I was expecting?

We hope this doesn’t happen! But, if it does, please email us at hello@bootaybag.com for resolution.

What if my bootaybag is damaged or doesn't fit?

We hope this never happens. But, if it does, we are more than happy to send you a replacement if inventory allows. Please email us at hello@bootaybag.com to inquire.

Sizing related exchanges may be accepted on a case by case basis and are subject to the 3$ reshipment fee.

How do I care for my bootaybag undies?

Step 1: Place your items in a lingerie or garment bag

Step 2: Be sure to use cold water

Step 3: Hand wash or use the "Delicate" cycle

Step 4: Air dry or use the "Low Heat" dryer cycle

Step 5: Show 'em off! 

Quick Tip #1: Washing your undies separately will help avoid snags and general wear and tear

Quick Tip #2: Try to avoid using fabric softener as it is a skin irritant and will encourage deterioration 

Does bootaybag give back?

Yes! BootayBag is a very philanthropic company. For each post on Instagram using our hashtag #undermatters, BootayBag will donate 1$ to the Melanoma Research Foundation.  In addition to this yearly contribution to MRF, you can often find us donating to other worthy causes like Breast Cancer awareness, the ASPCA and various women's and children's organizations.
