WHAT IS BOOTAYBAG?

The newest, (and did we mention, hottest), way to shop women’s underwear. Digging through mall sale bins is so 2016. Starting at just $9/month, get your favorite undies delivered right to your door! Some call it the InstaCart for your underwear drawer. BootayBag gives you the option to choose your size and style preference, shipment frequency, and more! You can cancel or skip a month easily using the user-friendly customer portal. Talk about a hassle-free, no-commitment service!

Subscription

How Do I Create a Subscription?

It's simple! Follow the steps below to get started:

1. Select your style preference:"mix it up" (combination), "never thongs", or "always thongs"

2. Select your size (x-small, small, medium, large, x-large)

3. (optional) Add a bralette to your order

4. Enter the address you wish to ship to as well as your billing information

5. Wait for your BootayBag to arrive! All orders are in the mail within 5 business days of the 15th of the month. 

Can I update my Subscription?

Absolutely!

There are a few things you should know, though. 

All changes must be made on or before the 14th of the month. 

All FIRST order changes must be completed by the BootayBag team. Please shoot us an email if you have a first order change request. 

Style and Size changes for prepaid subscriptions (3 month, 6 month or 1 year) must be made through the BootayBag team.

Is it Free to Join/Cancel?

Yes, it is completely free to join and cancel! We hate to see you go but you are always welcome to cancel your subscription any time before the 14th of the current month.

How do I create a customer account?

In order to create a customer account, please select " Log In" or the Person Icon from our homepage and then select "Create Account" on the left hand side. This will allow you to skip months, change your credit card information, update your address, and adjust your size and style preference.

What if I can't log into my account?

It is likely that upon first subscribing with BootayBag, you checked out as a "guest" instead of creating an account. To log in, you will need to associate your guest subscription with an account. To do so, please see "How do I create a customer account?" or, use the link:

Please use the same email address used when originally subscribing. 

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, log into your account. You are then directed to the "Subscriptions" tab. Under your current subscription information select "Cancel"  

If that didn’t work, please try the steps below: 

You can cancel your subscription with us by first creating an account and then logging in to cancel. Almost always, customers checkout as "guests" rather than creating an account.

Please use the email you receive BootayBag notifications to. 

Once logged in, select  "Cancel" next to Edit and Skip a Month. 

What can I expect in my bootaybag?

You can expect to get one, two or four pairs of undies based on your subscription and style preference of: Mix it Up (combination), Never Thong or Always Thong. If you choose to receive all four pairs each month you will get both, the Never Thong and Always Thong bag. You can see previews of the month's undies on Instagram, Facebook and our website.

what is the delivery schedule?

All orders will process on the 15th of the month. Packages are typically in the mail by the 23rd of each month but may take up to two weeks to be processed, packaged and shipped due to high volume.

If you purchase a subscription after the 15th of the month you will still get the current month’s bag as long as inventory allows. If we sell out before the end of the month your first order will roll over to be the next month’s bag.

what are the style options?

Mix It Up:

A combo of cheeky panties and thongs, this is for the girl who likes any kind of panty and isn't afraid to branch out.

Always Thongs: 

Self explanatory right, only thongs... any kind of thong but only thongs! You might be our wild one…

Never Thongs: 

Full coverage, sexy, but still comfortable. Functionally, we all could  be more like you.

Can I customize my Bag?

Because our monthly stock is pre-ordered we cannot take style, color, or fabric requests. We pre-pick undies based on your style preference and send you the pre-determined choice for the month. However, you can follow us on social media to see which undies will be in that month’s shipment and if you don’t like the options for the upcoming month, you can either "skip" the month or "switch" your style preference.

Shipping

When Can I Expect My First Order?

Your first bag will ship within the month it was purchased. For instance, if you purchase any time between May 1st and May 31st, you will receive May merchandise as long as inventory allows. If you purchase after the 15th of the month and we no longer have the current month’s inventory available your first order will roll over to be the next months undies!

Your delivery schedule in your customer account will indicate that June is now the first "skippable” month— FYI, first time orders won’t show in your portal.

When will you Ship my Order?

Packages are typically in the mail by the 23rd of each month but may take up to two weeks from the processing date of the 15th to be processed, packaged and shipped due to high volume. You will receive an automated tracking email when your bag ships. 

Please keep in mind that national holidays, weather and other factors may impact these shipping dates.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! But, we do charge for international shipping.

Billing

When will I be billed?

You will be billed on the 15th of each month.

How much is the recurring payment?

The recurring payment is dependent upon your subscription preferences. You can see your current rate on the customer portal. 

Why was my subscription renewed?

BootayBag is a recurring subscription that will automatically process an order for you unless you skip or cancel your subscription before the 15th of the month.

Can I skip an order(s)?

Yes, you can skip months! If you would like to "skip" a month, you will first need to log into your account. Once logged in click "Future Orders", then click “Skip" next to the month you wish to skip. You can also skip a month by logging into your account and clicking, “Skip a Month” under the “Subscriptions” tab, both options work!

Returns

What is your return and refund policy?

All sales are final and nonrefundable; even if they have yet to ship. However, your feedback is important to us, if you are having an issue, please let us know.

Bralette exchanges may be accepted on a case by case basis and are subject to the 5$ reshipment fee. If you contact Customer Care, please let us know you're up for the exchange rate.

What if I receive something other than what I was expecting?

We hope this doesn’t happen! But, if it does, please email us at hello@bootaybag.com for resolution.

What if my bootaybag is damaged or doesn't fit?

We hope this never happens. But, if it does, we are more than happy to send you a replacement if inventory allows. Please email us at hello@bootaybag.com to inquire.

Sizing related exchanges may be accepted on a case by case basis and are subject to the 5$ reshipment fee.

How do I care for my bootaybag undies?

Step 1: Place your items in a lingerie or garment bag

Step 2: Be sure to use cold water

Step 3: Hand wash or use the "Delicate" cycle

Step 4: Air dry or use the "Low Heat" dryer cycle

Step 5: Show 'em off! 

Quick Tip #1: Washing your undies separately will help avoid snags and general wear and tear

Quick Tip #2: Try to avoid using fabric softener as it is a skin irritant and will encourage deterioration
